Being forced to develop your anus
What You Need
- Lubricant
- Petroleum jelly
- Surgical gloves or condoms
Method
In this training task, you will develop your anus by yourself.
First, as basic training, learn to create a soft anus and master the sensation of tightening and relaxing.
Since this development involves touching your anus for a relatively long time, be sure to prepare petroleum jelly in addition to lubricant.
Also purchase surgical gloves or condoms to protect your fingers.
Regarding whether an enema is necessary beforehand, if you don't feel the urge to defecate, there is basically no feces in the rectum, so an enema is unnecessary.
If you want to clean for peace of mind, you can use methods like pressing a shower against it to put warm water into the rectum and flush it out once.
When ready, lie down in a relaxing position, put gloves or a condom on your finger, and first apply petroleum jelly.
Don't be stingy; take plenty and spread it over your entire finger first, then gently and carefully spread it from around the anus to the folds.
While applying the petroleum jelly, massage around the anus.
The area around the anus is a collection of muscle tissue. Including organs around the buttocks about 3cm in radius, gently press with your fingers or knead to loosen them.
After applying petroleum jelly, take some lubricant and spread it on your finger and anus.
Then slowly insert your finger into the anus up to about the first joint.
Even for beginners, if properly loosened and lubricated, a finger-sized object should enter without much resistance.
Once your finger is inserted, maintain the position and massage the surrounding tissue to loosen it further.
Rather than moving the inserted finger in and out, move it in circular motions, imagining loosening muscle fibers from the inside.
You'll find that after about 20 minutes of careful loosening, the anus can become very soft.
When the anus reaches a soft state, practice tightening and relaxing.
With your finger inserted, first tightly squeeze your anus as if cutting off a bowel movement.
Tighten your anus with full force for 10 seconds.
Breathe together with this. Some people find it easier to inhale while others find it easier to exhale, so breathe in the way that's comfortable for you.
Next is relaxing, which requires technique and is difficult at first.
Simply releasing tension only returns to a neutral state, so you need to apply a different force to relax further.
Try using abdominal pressure as if straining during a bowel movement to push out the inserted finger.
If done correctly, the anus will expand and you should feel the finger being pushed out.
Repeat the routine of tightening with full force for 10 seconds, then relaxing to the maximum, then tightening again for 10 seconds, more than 30 times with breaks in between.
Remember to breathe and focus on your anus to be able to pick up pleasure.
Points to Note
Originally, strong pleasure nerves are equipped in the anus as a reward for the act of excretion necessary for survival.
Humans hack this and use it for sexual purposes. It's somewhat understandable why anal sex is called immoral.
In this training task, we deliberately don't focus on the pleasure generated by rubbing the anus, such as by moving fingers in and out.
By completing the basic training of tightening and relaxing, someday you'll be able to accept your master's male organ in a soft state too.
The anus is, needless to say, a very pleasurable erogenous zone, so please cherish and nurture yourself.
