Method

In this training task, you will expose your armpits, on which you've drawn obscene pictures, in a masochistic and humiliating way.

To make drawing easier, clean your armpits thoroughly beforehand.

Looking in a mirror, use an oil-based pen to draw a realistic female genital picture on your armpit.
Make the valley of the armpit joint, the position that folds when you lower your arm, correspond to the vaginal opening.
Draw the clitoris, labia minora, and labia majora as elaborately as possible.
Since the valley is the center, it's good to position one labium on the arm side and the other on the body side.
Draw it so that when the arm is raised, the vaginal opening appears to be wide open.

After drawing, keep your arm raised for a while to let it dry without smudging.

When the picture is complete, put on a sleeveless top and go out.
Expose the armpit with the genital drawing mixed in with natural gestures, such as grabbing a handrail at the end of a sparsely populated train or bus, or suddenly stretching in a park.
At that time, say "kupaa" in a voice only you can hear.

If you absolutely resist wearing sleeveless clothes or if the season isn't appropriate, you can still feel a decent amount of shame even with clothes on top.
While out, aim to open your armpit genitals 10 times in different locations.

Points to Note

Simply showing your armpits to others might be an act that causes shame for some people.
Perhaps because it's a place that isn't normally exposed to people.

In this training task, you could draw obscene words or stylized genital symbols, but I specifically designated realistic genital pictures.
One reason is that it was fun to liken the opening and closing of the armpit to that of genitals, but another is that I wanted to give a humiliation far exceeding the shame of simply exposing armpits.

Actually carrying out such a perverted act, even if ordered to do so, is wrong as a human being.
To let that inevitable masochism seep through, say the onomatopoeia for opening genitals in as vulgar and lewd a voice as possible.
