In this training task, you will perform self-hypnosis using autogenic training.

Original autogenic training is primarily conducted to make the parasympathetic nervous system dominant.

Simply put, it's a training to obtain sensations prominent during hypnosis, such as warmth and heaviness in the limbs, by giving yourself suggestions according to set formulas in a calm environment.

The general autogenic training formulas proceed with suggestions as follows:

  • Background formula: My mind is calm
  • 1st formula: My limbs are heavy
  • 2nd formula: My limbs are warm
  • 3rd formula: My heart is beating calmly
  • 4th formula: I am breathing easily
  • 5th formula: My abdomen is warm
  • 6th formula: My forehead is pleasantly cool

The masochistic formulas you should execute should use the following suggestions:

  • Background formula: My mind is calm
  • 1st formula: My limbs are heavy
  • 2nd formula: My limbs are warm (same up to here)
  • 3rd formula: My nipples are sensitive and feel good
  • 4th formula: My clitoris is sensitive and feels good
  • 5th formula: My brain feels good because I'm following training tasks

The key is to repeat sessions at short intervals until you master one formula, then clear them one by one.
For the formula "My nipples are sensitive and feel good," train until your nipples actually tingle and you can feel pleasure resonating in your abdomen before moving on.

This is my personal theory, but a common technique with the original autogenic training is to convincingly "trick" yourself.
For example, when introducing the heavy arm formula, try to slightly lift your arm, then act as if "Ah, it won't lift," and you'll more easily obtain the sensation of a heavy arm.
For "My brain feels good because I'm following training tasks," imagine pleasure substances being abundantly secreted as you follow commanded tasks, and try to act out that feeling.

Continue executing until you can obtain mental pleasure from the 6th formula.

Points to Note
