Method

In this training task, you will expose lewd images of yourself, including your face, online.

The conditions for the exposed image are as follows:

• You are completely naked or in an even more obscene state
• Your full body including your face is visible
• You are striking a vulgar pose such as spread legs, M-position, or peace signs

The exposure time will be 10 minutes.

Of course, simply publishing such an image online would be disastrous, so there is a rescue measure.

Type "2d6" in the Google search bar to obtain a random value between 2 and 12.
This will be your point total.
You can use these points for the following purposes:

• 1 point to cover some part of your body with 1 band-aid
• 1 point to reduce exposure time by 1 minute

The band-aids should be the typical elongated size that wraps around fingers.
Reduction of exposure time is limited to a maximum of 9 points, meaning you must expose for at least 1 minute.

For example, if you roll a 6, you could use 2 band-aids to cover your eye area and reduce the exposure time to 6 minutes.
Alternatively, you could use 4 band-aids to cover your face more extensively and expose for 8 minutes.

Expose your image online according to these rules.
The location for exposure can be anywhere with at least a possibility of 1 person seeing it.
Private accounts with no followers are not allowed.
Minor forums that can be found through search would be good choices.

Points to Note

This is a training task that forces gradually escalating exposure, from initially having a full head mask or eye mask, to covering with hands, to a single finger, and finally to being exposed with just a single band-aid on the bridge of your nose.

I think the number of people who can execute this content as described is limited, but even just imagining what it would feel like if you actually uploaded it, simply taking photos with band-aids applied might excite you.
Of course, as a masochist, you could challenge yourself with stricter conditions like "1d6."
