Method

In this training task, you will greet a toilet, your fellow comrade, with affection.

There is a greeting in France called "bise."
It involves pressing cheeks together and making a kissing sound with your lips.
You've probably seen it somewhere before.
You will perform this bise with a toilet.

Enter the bathroom and strip completely naked to show that you too are a comrade of the toilet.
Kneel in front of the toilet,
say "Good work. Let's continue to do our best together to receive human waste,"
and then press your cheek against the side of the toilet to perform the bise.

If possible, trying this in an empty men's restroom might give you an even stronger sense of humiliation.

Points to Note

This is a simple task that gives a strong sense of humiliation.
This greeting is premised on you being of equal status with a toilet.

Feel a sense of kinship with your fellow receiver of human waste, and greet it with a full smile.
