Method

In this training task, you will experience a stomach punch using a water-filled plastic bottle.
While the risk is minimal, this method can cause some damage to internal organs, so please be careful when executing it.

The preparation is simple: just fill a 500ml plastic bottle with water.
Take it to your bed and lie on your back.

You will experience a stomach punch by dropping this bottle from a certain height onto your abdomen.

First, decide on the target position.

You know where the solar plexus is, right?
