Method

In this training task, you will slip a confession note stating your masochistic desires to be used as a sex toy into a library book, which is public property.
This can be considered a mental form of exhibitionism, as someone might see it.

Similar to the Copy Machine task, first create a confession note.
Write it by hand on a piece of paper small enough to fit inside a book.
You can arrange it according to your mood, but it's good to include the following:

• Your name, gender, and age
• The reason you wrote this confession and placed it in the book
• Permission for anyone who finds this note to freely use your body
• Contact information
• Date

To whoever finds this note:
My name is ○○. I am a ○-year-old woman and a masochist with submissive desires.
I hid this note in a place where someone might discover it, following a training task I found on the internet.
It was supposed to remain hidden from everyone, but you have found it.
If it's convenient for you, I would like you to use me as a sex toy freely.
Please contact me at this mobile number: 0X0-XXXX-XXXX

Write something along these lines.
If you're scared, you can adjust by using a nickname instead of your real name or using a disposable email address instead of your phone number.
Of course, the closer the content is to your real self, the greater the pleasure you'll experience.

Once your confession note is ready, go to a library.
It's recommended to go to the largest library in your area.
For students, the library on your campus might be more exciting as it's used by people similar to you.

Instead of the busy paperback section, look for a dimly lit bookshelf, perhaps in the basement, where historical documents or local materials are stored.
Choose a thick, boring-looking book from the very top or bottom shelf that's difficult to reach, and firmly insert your confession note somewhere in the middle.
When returning the book, be careful not to change the order of the books, and make sure the spine is properly aligned.

Remember well which book and which page you inserted it into, so you can retrieve it later.

Leave the confession note in the book for one week.
Enjoy the psychological exhibitionism of not knowing when someone might contact you.
After one week, retrieve the confession note.

Points to Note

A state where there is even the slightest possibility is clearly different from a state where there is none at all, especially psychologically.
