Method

In this training task, you will create a business card befitting a masochist like yourself.
This assumes you normally use business cards for work, but for students, housewives, or those who don't use business cards, I'll also explain how to make one by hand later.

First, prepare one of your own business cards.
Cross out the department and job title sections with double lines as you'll be overwriting these.

Next, think of an appropriate department and job title for yourself.
For example, change "Sales Department" to "Sexual Sales Department," or come up with good department names like "Internal Entertainment Division," "Sexual Relations Department," "Masochism Promotion Team," or "Slave Secretary Office."
Similarly, use your imagination for job titles such as "Masochist Manager," "Dedicated Cumdump," "Office Equipment," "Hospitality Supervisor," etc. - think of something humiliating.

Write your chosen department name and job title on your business card.

If you don't have a business card, or if you want something more professional than crossed-out corrections, you can make one by hand.
Purchase quality paper from a stationery store and cut it to the standard business card size of 3.5 × 2 inches (89 × 51mm).
Of course, you can also buy pre-perforated business card paper.

If you can print, use business card templates available online to create a card with your chosen department and job title.
It would be even better if you have access to your company's business card template.
On the other hand, handwriting might add a certain authenticity to this particular business card.
Make sure to use your real name.

Place the created business card in your card holder, or if you don't have one, keep it in your wallet and carry it with you.

Points to Note

This training task is similar to Resume and ID Photo in that it desecrates items related to identity that are normally used for serious purposes.
The more carefully made and authentic it looks, the more humiliating it feels.

I'm very curious about what department and job titles you'll come up with.
Try to think of something humiliating and appealing that degrades yourself as much as possible.
