San-san-nana Rhythm

Being forced to perform a humiliating cheering rhythm

What You Need

  • Nothing in particular

Method

In this training task, you will perform the san-san-nana rhythm (three-three-seven rhythm).
It's similar to Sanbon-jime, but while sanbon-jime is used for celebration, san-san-nana is used for cheering.

Get completely naked, lower your hips, and spread your legs.
Lean your upper body forward and push your buttocks out as far as possible. This is similar to the position for being taken from behind, but keep the tilt moderate enough that you can maintain it without supporting yourself with your hands.
Extend both arms diagonally upward, like the "Glico pose."

Begin the san-san-nana rhythm with an energetic call of "So-re!"
You'll use your buttocks to keep the rhythm. If you have a partner, it's best to have them spank you, but if you're alone, spank yourself.
The first three beats with your right hand, the next three with your left hand, and the next seven with your right hand, keeping the unused arm straight in its original position.
Whether you're spanking yourself or having a partner do it, provocatively wiggle your buttocks to encourage harder spanks.
Between the sets of three-three-seven, insert small calls like "Yo!" or "Ho!"
After completing one set of san-san-nana, return both hands to their original high position and drop your hips slightly in a squat-like motion while calling out "So-re!" again.
Repeat this for a total of 3 sets.

Perform the san-san-nana rhythm energetically as described above.

Points to Note

You might have seen a cheerleading captain performing the san-san-nana rhythm at a school sports day.
The original is a gallant and cool ritual, but what you're doing is humiliating and tramples on your dignity.

Let's say the object of your cheering is the male organ that will use you next.
Or perhaps it's a rousing cheer for yourself at the beginning of training, before you must endure intense discipline.
Take on this challenge while savoring the humiliation and sense of defeat.
