Method

In this training task, you will become a pendulum clock that tells time with your naked body, as part of the room's furnishings.

First, let's make a pendulum.
Prepare a rod-shaped object that can be inserted and held in your vagina.
You can use a dildo, a tampon, or even a pen with sufficient thickness.
Attach a string of appropriate length to the rod and tie a weight to the end.
Any weight will do, but a coin with a hole in it would be convenient.

Once the pendulum is ready, get completely naked and insert the rod into your vagina. Lower your hips so the pendulum can swing easily.
Check the current time on your smartphone or other accurate timepiece.
The preparation is now complete.

Let me explain your function as a pendulum clock.
Your tongue represents the hour hand, your eyes represent the minute hand, and both nipples correspond to the second hand.
If the current time is 20:10, stick out your tongue toward the 8 o'clock position (lower right), and direct your gaze toward the 2 o'clock position (upper left).
