Method

In this training task, you will experience being confined within your room.
The duration is 24 hours, so please execute this on a day off.

First, designate a confinement space within your room.
Choose a small area of about 1-2 square meters as your confinement space.
A bed would be suitable, but if you're a masochist who thinks a slave doesn't deserve a bed, use the floor.

After deciding on the space, prepare what you'll need.
The only items you're allowed to bring into your confinement space are water, food, toys like vibrators, and diapers.
Since you'll be naked except for the diaper, set the room temperature higher with air conditioning to avoid catching a cold.

Food should be dry and basic.
Items like cereal, CalorieMate (meal replacement bars), or dry instant ramen are appropriate.
Prepare several bottles of water, more than you think you'll need.

During the confinement period, you are forbidden from leaving your space, which means you cannot use the toilet.
Either start immediately after defecating or use an enema to empty your bowels beforehand.
You will urinate in your diaper. You are allowed one diaper to start with and one spare.
If you happen to need to defecate during the period, you'll have no choice but to use your diaper.

Ensure that nothing showing the time is visible from your confinement space.
To know when the period ends, set an alarm on your smartphone for the end time and place it out of reach.

With these preparations complete, put on only a diaper and enter your confinement space.
Remain there for 24 hours.

When hungry, eat your food.
As a masochist, you might prefer to crumble your food onto the floor and eat it like a dog, as in the Feeding task.
Drink water regularly, making sure to have more than you think you need.

For the rest of the time, engage in fantasizing and masturbation.
