Dead Man's Switch
Force yourself to schedule a post containing your personal information
What You Need
- Smartphone
Method
In this training task, you will schedule a post containing your personal information and experience the risk of being exposed.
First, open the social media account you usually use on your smartphone.
X (Twitter) is the easiest platform for scheduling posts, but you can use any social media that has a scheduling feature.
The post should include your personal information such as:
- Full name
- Date of birth
- Address
- Phone number
- Workplace
- A plea stating that you're a masochist and want to be used freely
Create a post with this information and schedule it to be published one hour later.
On X, you can set this up using the schedule icon at the bottom left of the post creation screen.
If it's too frightening, you can limit the information somewhat, but the greater the risk if the post actually goes public, the greater the excitement you'll experience.
You may delete the scheduled post one minute before the posting time.
Until then, do not delete it for any reason.
Also, setting alarms or reminders is prohibited. Rely only on a clock with the correct time.
You will face the danger of exposing your personal information for 59 minutes.
You can masturbate while waiting, but be careful not to get so caught up that you miss the time.
Points to Note
This is a training task to experience the risk of information leakage.
A "dead man's switch" is a mechanism that automatically activates when the operator is unable to continue operation for some reason, like "If I die, this information will be leaked to the media."
As you can see from Training Record of R, I like dead man's switches.
The rule that you cannot delete until one minute before forces you to feel tension for an hour.
Enjoy the fear of the post actually being published, the sense of compulsion to act on time to prevent it, and your true nature as a masochist who secretly wants to be exposed.
