Method

In this training task, you will become a doll that cannot move until you reach orgasm.
Since you cannot move even a fingertip, you will basically need an electric toy.

Decide the target number of orgasms with a dice roll.
Use 1d6 to determine 1-6 times, but if 6 times seems impossible, you may adjust to 1d2 or similar.

Lie on your side, with your lower leg stretched out and your upper leg bent.
Place a cushion under your bent leg and, if possible, between your arms for comfort.
Position the toy against your clitoris or your favorite spot on your genitals, and hold it with one hand.
Place your other hand in a natural position, and keep your eyes lightly closed.
Relax your entire body and make sure no position causes strain.

Turn on the toy and stop all movement in your body, like a puppet with cut strings.

Keep your breathing shallow and minimal, and of course, you must not make any sound.
Even when waves of pleasure come, or when you feel the toy's stimulation is too intense, you are forbidden to move your body.
Remain motionless until you reach the determined number of orgasms.
If you move even slightly during the process, the count resets.
