Being forced to hold excretion based on probability

Method

In this training task, your excretion will be restricted and managed by probability.

As usual, use Google's dice function to generate randomness.
For bowel movements, use "1d6", and for urination, use "2d6".

When you feel the urge, move to a private location.
If possible, kneel in a dogeza (deep bowing) position, but if that's absolutely impossible, standing is acceptable.
Plead, "Masochist [your real name] requests permission to defecate (or urinate),"
and while bowing deeply, roll the dice in the search box.

A roll of 1 means permission to excrete.
Say, "Thank you for allowing me to defecate (or urinate)," bow deeply, and you may proceed with excretion.

If you roll 2 or higher, excretion is forbidden, so you must hold it.
You may roll again after 60 minutes for bowel movements or 15 minutes for urination.

After holding it for 60 or 15 minutes, plead again and make a second dice roll.
On the second attempt, rolls of 1 and 2 grant permission to excrete.
If you roll 3 or higher, you must hold it again for 60/15 minutes.

On the third plea, rolls of 1, 2, and 3 grant permission, and by the sixth plea, rolls of 1-6 grant permission.
At most, you'll need to make 6 pleas for bowel movements or 12 pleas for urination before permission is granted.

Follow this rule for all excretions throughout the day.
Even if you have an accident, you are forbidden from using the toilet without permission.

Points to Note

Managing excretion, like managing masturbation, is quite a common masochistic desire.
However, it can be cumbersome for the controlling party to respond to a masochist's pleas each time.
This training task's method automates management through dice probability and holding time rules.

Be acutely aware of your pathetic state as you're managed according to arbitrarily set rules.
Of course, if you find it too easy, you can challenge yourself with stricter dice rules and longer holding times.
