Method

In this training task, you will play a flag raising game.

First, create random flag raising instructions.
Enter "1d4" in the Google search box to roll a 4-sided die.
The meaning of each result is as follows:

• 1: Raise red
• 2: Raise white
• 3: Don't raise red
• 4: Don't raise white

Roll the die repeatedly to create 10-20 instructions.
If you get the same result as the previous one, roll again to avoid consecutive identical instructions.

For example:

• 2: Raise white
• 4: Don't raise white
• 2: Raise white
• 3: Don't raise red
• 4: Don't raise white
• 1: Raise red
• 3: Don't raise red

When "Don't raise" instructions appear consecutively, you can shorten the second one to just "Don't" to make it sound more natural.

After creating the instruction list, execute the flag raising game using your labia minora.
From your perspective, the left labia minora is white, and the right one is red.
You may apply lipstick to the red one to make it clearer if you wish.

Squat with your legs spread, pinch each labia with your hands, and clearly read out each instruction like "Raise red" while pulling them up or down.
Even when you're already in the up position and get a "Raise" instruction, or when you're in the down position and get a "Don't raise" instruction, pull again in that same direction.

Continue until you complete all instructions.

Points to Note

This is a training task that involves performing an embarrassing act.
Normally, there would be an instructor giving you commands, and you would perform this act following their instructions.
You might receive a harsh punishment if you make a mistake.
Try to make your voice and movements as silly as possible to entertain anyone who might be watching you.
