In this training task, you as a masochist will show gratitude through kowtowing for being allowed to eat meals like others.
While it might seem simple to just kowtow before meals, this training task is a bit more cruel.
This is because the purpose of this training task is to crush your dignity as a person and cultivate a properly submissive masochistic mindset.

The training period is one week.
During this period, before consuming any food or drink, you must kowtow and offer words of gratitude:
"Thank you very much for graciously providing food to [your real name], a hopeless masochist."

However, you'll often have family or colleagues around during meals. What should you do then?
Your kowtowed gratitude will be considered valid for 5 minutes until you start eating.
Therefore, you must kowtow before meals in a place away from others' eyes.
If your room is nearby, that's convenient, but sometimes you might have to use a toilet or the shadow of a parking lot.
Or if that's not possible, you might have to skip the meal.

Once you've offered gratitude and started eating within 5 minutes, you can eat that meal normally.
The important thing is to express gratitude just before eating.

This applies not only to meals but also to drinks.
For drinks, consider each container as a unit. If you buy tea in a bottle, kowtow before drinking; if you pour coffee into a mug, kowtow before drinking.
Once you've expressed gratitude for a container of drink, you can continue drinking it over time.

Continue this lifestyle for one week.

This is a strict training task. It is designed for "training."

I often hear desires to have every aspect of life controlled, but being truly dominated and controlled might mean absolutely obeying such unreasonable demands.
The goal of "training" is to come to see this not as painful, but as normal or even honorable.
Let's deeply appreciate both the meals and being treated in a masochistic manner.
