Method

In this training task, you will play a hand bell.

First, purchase a hand bell.
Toy hand bells are sold at discount stores, Tokyu Hands, and even 100-yen shops.

Once you've bought it, prepare for your performance.
Keep your upper body clothed in a manner befitting a hand bell performer.
For example, a blouse and perhaps a necktie if you have one would be good.

Remove all clothing from your lower body and insert the hand bell with a condom covering the handle into your vagina.

After bowing in front of a mirror, stand with your legs spread and play a song from your smartphone or other device.
If the bell is too thin to hold in place with spread legs, adjust by wrapping tissue around it.
If that still doesn't work, you may close your legs slightly.
Keep your hands clasped behind your back.

Any song will do, but let's say "Jingle Bells" for example.
Move your hips to the music to ring the bell.
