Method

In this training task, you will transfer your humanity to ice cubes and eliminate it in a humiliating way.
This is similar to the Flush Toilet task. While that one deals with dignity, this training task will focus on erasing your humanity.

Drink plenty of fluids beforehand to ensure you can urinate.
While not mandatory, if holding your urine is one of your fetishes, you might want to hold it until your limit.
Wait until you clearly feel the urge to urinate.

When the urge comes, take ice cubes from your freezer.
If you have regular ice cube tray ice or automatically generated ice cubes of a few centimeters, use three of them.

Write "Hu", "ma", and "ni" on each ice cube with a pen.
The ice surface will be wet, so wipe it with scrap paper as needed.
The writing will likely be faint, but as long as you understand it, that's fine.
While writing, imagine your humanity being transferred to the ice.

After writing, carry the ice cubes to a bathroom or somewhere you can urinate, and arrange them neatly.
Do this quickly as the ice will melt.

Get completely naked,
Declare "Please watch as my humanity melts away and disappears,"
Then urinate on the ice cubes.

Even if the ice doesn't completely melt, the characters representing your humanity will disappear.
You may masturbate on the spot while thinking about your dissolved humanity.

Points to Note

This is a training task using symbolism.
Abstract concepts like "humanity" take on a sudden presence when given form as written characters.

You are defiling and desecrating your own good parts with your excretions.
