Indoor Excretion

Defecating in your room

What You Need

  • Washbasin
  • Toilet paper
  • Large garbage bags

Method

In this training task, you will defecate into a washbasin in your room.
This is for bowel movements, not urination.

Choose a time when you're feeling well and your stool condition seems good.
Don't use enemas or other preparations - wait for a natural urge to defecate.

Let's prepare for easy cleanup after excretion. First, cover the washbasin with a garbage bag. Similar to how you line a trash can, cover the rim of the washbasin and make sure it's easy to remove later.
Once the bag is fitted tightly against the washbasin's inner surface, layer toilet paper on top.
Use enough paper that it can be flushed down the toilet, and layer it generously.
Arrange the paper edges to extend outward like flower petals, about the radius of the washbasin, for easier handling.

In your room, lay down a large garbage bag as a precaution in case of any spills.
You may want to turn on ventilation or prepare deodorizers if needed.
Once you've placed the washbasin on top of the garbage bag, you're ready.

Squat over the washbasin as you would over a Japanese-style toilet and defecate.
While it's cleaner to avoid urinating, it's okay if you can't control it.

After excretion, flush the contents of the washbasin down the toilet.
Seal the garbage bag that was covering the washbasin with the dirty side inward, then put it in another bag for disposal.

Points to Note

This is a very basic SM training task that involves excretion in an unusual situation.
While I'm not particularly interested in scat or excrement, as you can tell from the number of holding tasks, I find the act of excretion itself fascinating.
This training task focuses more on the act itself rather than scat play.

While the content is simple, you might not often see specific instructions about defecation.
You can use this as a basic method and expand it to include awkward poses while defecating, taking photos of the process, or if you have such interests, playing with the excrement.
Although there might be strong psychological resistance, please try this as a form of punishment or in other contexts.
