What You Need

Method

In this training task, you will play kendama using your anus.

Since few people own a kendama, you can purchase one at a store like Tokyu Hands or similar.
You might want to write "for anal performance" on it with a marker since you're getting it specifically for this purpose.

For the anal toy, a plug-type that stays fixed once inserted is preferable.
Stick or pearl types will increase the difficulty.
If you don't have one, it's a good idea to purchase it along with the kendama.

First, insert the toy into your anus to determine the angle.
Check in a mirror what angle the protruding part makes when you stand with your buttocks slightly pushed out.

Once you've determined the angle, remove the toy.
Attach the handle of the kendama to the toy so that the large cup faces upward horizontally.
Since it needs to withstand vigorous movement, wrap it thoroughly with duct tape.
If the strength seems insufficient, reinforce it with rubber bands or other materials.

When your kendama-attached toy is complete, reinsert the toy into your anus and adjust your waist angle so the large cup is horizontal.
Then use the momentum of your hips and legs to try to land the ball in the cup.
To increase the humiliation, you might say "ho!" energetically with each attempt, hold decorative fans in both hands, or stimulate your genitals while doing it.
Since actually landing the ball in the cup is difficult, continue until you feel your imaginary audience is satisfied.

Points to Note

This is a training task that would be entertaining at a party.

The handle part of the kendama is too thick to insert directly, which is why the instructions call for attaching it to a toy.
If you can easily accommodate it, you might try inserting it directly.

Imagine being forced to perform this act naked in front of everyone at a company year-end party or class reunion while others chat around you.
Perform with such a humiliating scene in mind, trying to please your audience.
