Method

In this training task, you will perform a special form of kneeling worship.
Kneeling worship, as the name suggests, means showing respect by kneeling on the ground.
The prostration worship in this task is similar to dogeza (Japanese kneeling apology), but the difference is that it shows respect rather than apology.

In China's Qing Dynasty, it is said that subjects and envoys had to perform the "Three Kneelings and Nine Kowtows" ritual before the emperor.
This is a form of worship where one kneels three times, and each time they kneel, they kowtow (touch their forehead to the ground) three times, hence nine kowtows in total.
Just looking at this ritual, you can understand it's a form of worship that shows complete submission to the other person.

Based on this, you will perform the "Three Kneelings and Nine Hole Openings" ritual.

First, decide on the object of your worship.
If you have a specific master or someone you have a crush on, prepare an item related to them.
If you want to worship more abstractly to the concept of a master, write "Master" on a piece of paper and stick it above eye level.
If you have special fetishes, you might also worship objects below human level like toilets or vibrators.

Once you've decided on the object, perform the worship as follows:

You will kneel three times. Starting from a standing position, kneel down, enter the seiza position (Japanese sitting position), place your hands on the ground, and take the position just before dogeza.

While maintaining the pre-dogeza position, look at your worship object, and first open the first hole - your mouth - wide and stick out your tongue.
This action indicates that the object of worship can freely use your mouth for sexual purposes.
After clearly showing your open mouth, touch your forehead to the ground in dogeza.

Lift your head once, return to seiza position, then rotate your body 180 degrees to show your back to the object.
Slightly lift your hips and show the second hole - your anus - and open it.
Similarly, to show that the object can freely use that hole, make sure it's visible to them.
If you can maintain the pre-dogeza position, use one or both hands to open it yourself.
After showing it, while keeping your back turned, touch your forehead to the ground in dogeza.

Lift your head again, maintain the same position, and show the third hole - your genitals.
Lift your hips higher than when showing your anus to ensure the object can see clearly.
While maintaining the position, open it with your hands to show it.
After being seen, touch your forehead to the ground in dogeza again.

After showing your genitals and completing the dogeza, stand up and face the object again.
Repeat this ritual of showing three holes each time you kneel three times to complete the "Three Kneelings and Nine Hole Openings" ritual.

Points to Note

Etiquette is an interesting thing.
If you try to explain to a dog or cat why dogeza is a humiliating act, they won't understand why.
Emotions arise because both parties share a cultural background.

The "Three Kneelings and Nine Hole Openings" ritual I described here is something I made up arbitrarily.
But just as the "Three Kneelings and Nine Kowtows" ritual showed loyalty and submission to the Qing emperor, this ritual also has a shared background understanding between you and me.
That is, when performing this ritual, you are a masochist who loves being humiliated and wants your body to be freely used for sexual purposes.
Please perform this vulgar ritual with that feeling in mind.
