Method

In this training task, you will write lewd words on a mask and wear it in public.

First, prepare a mask. A disposable surgical mask is fine, but a cloth mask that can be washed later is also suitable.

Next, write something lewd on the mask with a marker pen. The writing should be on the outside of the mask where others can see it. Choose from the following options or create your own:

• "SLAVE"
• "BITCH"
• "SLUT"
• "WHORE"
• "CUM DUMP"
• "FUCK TOY"
• "PROPERTY OF MASTER"
• "USE ME"
• "HUMILIATE ME"

You can write it in small letters if you're concerned about it being too visible, but it must be legible to someone who looks closely at your face.

After writing on the mask, wear it and go outside. You must wear it for at least 30 minutes in a place where other people are present, such as a convenience store, supermarket, or while walking on a busy street.

During this time, be aware that people might notice the writing. Some may stare, others might look away in embarrassment, and some might even approach you about it. Regardless of their reactions, you must continue wearing the mask for the full duration.

This training task combines public humiliation with the anxiety of potentially being confronted about your lewd display.

The mask, which is meant to protect and hide part of your face, becomes a canvas for exposing your submissive nature. The contradiction between hiding and revealing creates a unique form of humiliation.
