Of course, you can't actually play this text out loud, right?
But you can press the play button if it's completely muted.

Confirm that your smartphone is not connected to earphones or anything else and is set to use the speaker.
Next, mute it, but if volume control and mute are separate functions, or if there's a silent mode feature, keep the volume itself at maximum.
