Method

In this training task, you will live with an image of your own genitals hanging from your neck.

First, obtain an ID card holder that can be worn around your neck.
While most available holders are business card-sized, it's best if you can find a larger one like those used at conferences or events.

Next, take a photo of your genitals with your smartphone.
Take the picture in a well-lit place, using a timer so you can use both hands to spread yourself open, ensuring all details of your genitals are clearly visible.

Print the image using a printer at a convenience store or electronics store.
Adjust the size to fit perfectly in your ID card holder.

Write your real name and the date the photo was taken on the printed image.
Place the completed image in the ID card holder and hang it around your neck when going out.

For a light walk where no one is around, you can leave the image facing outward, displaying your genitals.

When in places where others might see you, you may flip it over to hide it.
You'll likely be constantly worried about the wind exposing it or dropping it accidentally.

If you're more daring, you can keep it around your neck (tucked under your clothes if necessary) while at work or in lectures.

Points to Note

This is an exposure task that uses a special method—not conspicuous but very direct.
If someone were to look directly at your ID holder, they would make crude judgments about you, thinking "so this person has this kind of face and this kind of hole."

This training task has many applications: you could show it to someone who approaches you, keep it facing outward throughout a movie screening, and more.
