Nipple Breathing
Develop your nipples through breathing exercises
What You Need

Method
In this training task, you'll develop your nipples using breathing techniques and visualization.
It's recommended to do this under the covers before going to bed or after waking up.
Keep your clothes on and place your hands inside your top, using your left hand to pinch your left nipple and your right hand for your right nipple.
Your elbows will naturally extend outward in this position.
Before applying pressure with your fingertips, take a deep breath.
Breathe in deeply and exhale completely.
Take another slow, deep breath, then begin nipple breathing.
First, focus on your exhale.
Like blowing out a candle, exhale a thin stream of air through your mouth, taking as long as possible.
Imagine expelling all the air from your body.
However, make sure you can breathe without straining or tensing any part of your body.
While exhaling, maintain a constant pressure on both nipples with your fingers.
Apply about 5 or 6 out of 10 in terms of pressure, just before you feel pain.
After completely exhaling, slowly inhale through your nose.
During this time, stimulate your nipples with your fingers. Alternately squeeze left and right in a quick, rhythmic pattern.
Do this mechanically without conscious thought, at a relatively fast pace.
Continue the stimulation until you've fully inhaled, then return to the constant pressure when exhaling.
The visualization during breathing is important.
When inhaling, imagine drawing natural energy from outside your body through your nipples.
Picture your nipples as intake points, absorbing energy with each breath.
The absorbed energy transforms into sexual energy within your body and spreads throughout.
If your nipples are already sensitive, imagine sexual energy accumulating along with the tingling sensation in your lower abdomen.
While exhaling, focus on the lingering stimulation in your body and imagine the next wave of pleasure beginning as you finish exhaling.
With each breath, these waves gradually become higher.
Make this nipple development breathing exercise part of your daily routine.
Do at least 10 sets (one exhale and inhale equals one set), but feel free to continue for as long as it feels good.
If you have a partner, having them stimulate you in rhythm with your breathing is also recommended.
Points to Note
Nipples are excellent erogenous zones, and the more you develop them, the deeper pleasure you can experience.
