Practice calligraphy on your nipples

What You Need

• Cotton swabs
• Body lotion (if necessary)

Method

In this training task, you will practice calligraphy on your nipples.
Using cotton swabs instead of a brush, it's similar to writing with a hard pen.

Find a relaxing place like your bed, making sure you're neither too hot nor too cold.
You can keep your body covered with blankets, but keep your chest area widely exposed so you can write freely.

Hold the cotton swab like a pencil and write characters on your nipple and about 5mm of the surrounding area.
Write a word that matches your sexual preferences, such as:

• Slut
• Toy
• Pet
• Slave
• Whore
• Submissive
• Owned
• Pain

Feel free to write whatever comes to mind.
You can also repeat the same phrases multiple times.

Write one character at a time, with the second character overwriting the first one in the same spot.
Make sure the characters spread widely across your nipple and the surrounding area.
Focus on the proper strokes, writing each stroke carefully and deliberately.

After writing about 5 words on one nipple, switch to the other nipple.
Try using your non-dominant hand as well.

To avoid pain from the cotton swab rubbing too hard against your nipple, touch it lightly rather than pressing down.
If you still experience pain, use lotion or oil.

Continue until you feel you've written enough.

Points to Note

Many of you may have tried masturbating by touching your nipples with cotton swabs, but monotonous stimulation can make you get used to the sensation quickly, diminishing the pleasure.
This training task aims to achieve deeper pleasure by adding complex movements in the form of calligraphy.

During the process, close your eyes and focus on the characters you're writing and the pleasure you feel in your nipples with each stroke.
At the same time, let your imagination wander about the phrases you're writing, picturing scenarios that excite you.
