Being forced to make oil infused with your genitals

Method

In this training task, you will create an original oil infused with your genitals.

Take a shower beforehand to clean the area around your genitals.
However, if you have a fetish for being dirty, you may proceed as is.
Since your hands will also touch the oil, wash them thoroughly as well.

Choose a plate with a depth that best fits the shape of your lower abdomen.
Any cooking oil is fine, but rather than ones with fragrance like olive oil or sesame oil, a simpler one might bring out the flavor better.

Fill the plate with oil and place it on the floor or another suitable location.
You might want to place a towel underneath to raise it slightly, making it easier to immerse your genitals.

Get completely naked, kneel in front of the oil, and declare:
"I will now make masochistic oil."

Sit down in a position like seiza (formal Japanese sitting) or a squatting position, and immerse your genitals in the oil to begin extraction.
Adjust the depth of the plate and your sitting position to ensure your entire genitals are well immersed in the oil.
Remain in this position for at least 10 minutes with your genitals soaking in the oil.
During extraction, stimulate your nipples or scoop up some oil with your fingers to apply to your clitoris, helping more masochistic essence dissolve into the oil.

Use the masochistic oil you've created by spreading it on your body for masturbation or cooking meals with it.
Dishes where oil is the main flavor, like aglio e olio pasta or fried rice, would be good choices.

I came up with this training task after seeing chili-infused olive oil (olio piccante) often used on pizza.
