Method

In this training task, you will place a masochistic curse on yourself.
What you need to do is very simple: decide on a passphrase that, when spoken to you, will make you absolutely obedient to the speaker, regardless of the situation or who they are.

The passphrase doesn't need to have sexual connotations; in fact, it's better if it has no context at all.
Think of a short phrase using simple words that wouldn't naturally come up in daily conversation.
For example:
"Caught the white rabbit"
"Empty brackets"
and so on.

To establish the passphrase, get yourself sexually aroused.
You can masturbate normally, or imagine masochistic scenarios, or view related content.
Once you're sufficiently sexually aroused, declare the following to establish the passphrase:

"I, [your name], swear that when someone says XXXXX to me, I will absolutely obey that person regardless of the situation."

Once established, masturbate while imagining a stranger using that passphrase on you.

Points to Note

This training task may seem simple, but it's created according to a psychologically deep, calculated curse formula.
As a result, after executing it, you might continue to feel a strange discomfort or lump in your heart.
