Method

In this training task, you will develop and display an obscene image that shows you are a masochist in a photo frame in your room.

First, take an obscene image with your smartphone.
Choose vulgar poses that convey a sense of humiliation, such as squatting with legs spread, prostrating yourself, or making double peace signs.
If you have a collar or rope, you might try tying yourself up.
For your facial expression, try a big smile or an ahegao face to convey that you're a masochist who loves being humiliated.
Since this photo is only for you to see, try to be as over-the-top as possible so you can get excited by it.

After taking the photo with your smartphone, go to a nearby electronics store.
There are usually self-service photo printing machines where you can develop smartphone photos on the spot.
There are typically partitions between the machines, but be careful not to be peeked at and accidentally revealed as a pervert.

Once you've printed the photo, purchase a stylish photo frame that fits the size.

Return to your room, place the photo in the frame, and display it.
Keep it there for one week, regardless of whether you're expecting visitors or not.

If you're reporting with images, please send a picture of the entire setup including the photo frame.

Points to Note

Printed photos have a unique quality that feels different from viewing them digitally.
Furthermore, by framing and displaying it, the photo is, to put it dramatically, infused with soul.

However, what's being infused with soul is a photo of your secret self that you absolutely cannot show to others.
This photo represents both affirmation and praise of your masochistic nature, as well as mockery and bondage.
