Try searching with keywords that seem appropriate on Google Images.

Your screen will be filled with provocative manga images.

Close your eyes and scroll randomly.
Open your eyes and the first image you see becomes your assignment.
You must imitate the pose of the female character in the most prominent panel of that manga page.

Adjust your body angle so that when you look in the mirror, your pose matches the composition in the manga panel.
Be sure to imitate the facial expression as well, and if there are speech bubbles, say the lines out loud.

Imitate several poses until you feel your own wretchedness.
