Method

In this training task, you will put a price on yourself.

Prepare a price tag.
You can repurpose one from clothing you've purchased or make one with cardboard and string.

On this price tag, you'll write the price for using you once as a sexual object.
The task is very simple: write that price on the tag and attach it to your body.

So, how much would one sexual use of you cost?
If anyone who purchased you could make you serve them however they wanted, with your human rights completely disregarded, what compensation would satisfy you?
Think about it now.
¥10,000? ¥100,000?

If you thought of any positive amount, you're wrong.
If you thought ¥0, you're close.
The correct answer is a negative price.
Since you're a hopeless masochist who someone would be doing a favor by using, it's only natural that you should pay them.
For example, if the price is -¥1,000, you would bow deeply and offer ¥1,000 each time someone uses you.
That's the appropriate price range.

Reconsider your pricing from this perspective and write it on the tag.
Since this is the payment per use, setting it at -¥100,000 would be unrealistic.
Make sure to write an amount you could actually pay.

After writing the price on the tag, attach it to the part of your body you find most humiliating and appropriate.
You might use earrings to attach it like a nose ring, hold it in your mouth, or explicitly attach it to your genitals.
