Method

This training task is very simple: just say obscene lines and record yourself.

However, this task should be performed when you are in a highly sexually aroused state.
While masturbating, when your emotions are heightened, would be a good time.

Think of lewd lines to say.
You might want to use lines you came up with in the Begging task.

If you can't think of anything, try saying:
"I, (your name), a sex toy, am performing a perverted masturbation. Please observe carefully and laugh at me."
Of course, longer lines are fine too.

If you're a masochist who wants someone to listen to your recording, submit it along with your report.

Points to Note

This may seem like a simple training task, but you'll find that clearly recording embarrassing words is quite difficult.
Try to imagine that you're not saying these things because you want to, but because you're being threatened and cornered into saying them.
Your intimidator might say "Your voice is too quiet" and make you repeat it several times.
