Method

In this training task, you will draw a recycling symbol on your body to indicate that while you may be garbage as a person, you can be effectively utilized as a masochist.

There are several recycling symbols for different types of resources, but we'll use the most commonly seen one for petroleum-based resources.
It's the one with three arrows forming a clockwise triangle.
However, while petroleum-based symbols typically have a number in the center and resource name like "PET" at the bottom, we'll write the resource name in the center.

The aluminum resource symbol also has a triangle with a resource name in the middle, but the arrow shapes are slightly different.
As long as it's recognizable as a recycling symbol, it's fine whether you use the petroleum or aluminum style. Search for images as a reference.

Your resource name is, of course, "MASO" (masochist).
Imitating the font style of existing symbols like the "PLA" in bold gothic font, draw the mark on any part of your body.

Once you've drawn it well, say out loud:
"I may have been discarded as a human being, but please reuse me as a masochist."

Points to Note

Like the Bulky Garbage task, this is a training task where you're treated as garbage, but the premise of being recycled might make it even more humiliating in a way.

At first, I thought the resource name might be "HUMAN," but not all humans are discarded and recycled as sex toys, toilets, or punching bags.
When you think about it this way, perhaps you who appeared to be human until now were just a masochist temporarily packaged that way.
