Method

In this training task, you will dance in a cowgirl position.

To make it like a proper cowgirl position, place a pillow or cushion under your hips.
Of course, you can use a stationary dildo if you have one, but it's not required.
Also optional but recommended, you can listen to your favorite music while doing this to enhance the experience. Prepare headphones if needed.

Straddle the pillow and assume a cowgirl position.
The key point is to not put the top of your feet on the floor, but to stand on your toes with your feet upright.

There are four movements in this dance.

Move back and forth in a grinding motion.

Practice this dance by repeating each of these four movements for 8 beats in sequence.

Continue until you finish dancing to an entire song or until you're completely exhausted.
The third movement, the squatting position, will likely be particularly challenging and tiring, but do your best.
