Method

In this training task, you will spit toward yourself while masturbating.

First, masturbate normally until you reach an edged state.
You may choose your clothing and whether to use toys freely, but you must lie on your back.
The definition of edging here is reaching a state where you could climax within a few seconds if you continued stimulation.

When you have reached the edge, spit upward toward the ceiling.
If the falling saliva hits between your eyebrows, you are allowed to climax.
If it misses, count to 30 in your mind, then edge yourself again and try once more.

At first, you may struggle to spit properly and end up just making a mess around your mouth, but accept this humiliation as part of the process.
The judgment of whether it hit between your eyebrows is up to you, but aim for a clear, direct hit rather than just a splash of droplets.

Points to Note

This training task is a literal implementation of the saying "If you spit at heaven, it falls back on your face."
While in the proverb, spitting represents ill intent, in this task, the saliva is both literal and a representation of contempt toward a masochist.

In actual training, if someone were to spit on your face, you would need to feel gratitude toward the master who treats you differently from normal people.
During this training task as well, please work on it with the same feeling of gratitude while dirtying your face.
