In this training task, you will change the sender names of emails you receive to masturbation instructions.

Even if you don't usually receive spam emails, you probably get automated emails such as credit card statements, payment notifications, or point updates.
Choose three of these and set their sender names as follows:

• Self-Punishment Masturbation

You may use more vulgar or provocative names as long as the meaning is clear.

When you receive an email from one of these senders, you must perform the corresponding type of masturbation as quickly as possible.
Aim to start within one minute of checking the email.

The number of times you must masturbate is determined by the last digit of the minute in the email's arrival time.
If it arrives at 49 minutes past the hour, that's 9 times; at 23 minutes, that's 3 times; at 0 minutes, that's 10 times.

Regular Masturbation means masturbating however you like.
One orgasm counts as one time.

For Edging Masturbation, orgasm is prohibited.
Bringing yourself to the edge of orgasm counts as one time.
Before starting the next round, wait until your arousal level drops below 50%.
