Sleep Management
Being forced to resist sleep based on probability

Method
In this training task, your sleep will be controlled by probability.
Since this enforces sleep deprivation, please refrain from doing this before driving or tasks requiring concentration.
As with other training tasks, we'll use Google's dice function to determine randomness.
This time we'll use a 6-sided die, so enter "1d6".
The rule is simple.
The number you roll minus 1 is the number of hours you're allowed to sleep in a 24-hour period.
If you roll a 6, you get 5 hours; if you roll a 4, you get 3 hours; and if you roll a 1, sleep is completely forbidden.
Use your usual bedtime as the 24-hour marker, roll the dice, and determine your sleep time.
For example, if you normally go to bed at 10 PM and you roll a 4, set an alarm for 1 AM, and after waking up, sleep is forbidden until 10 PM the next day.
Obey this rule and resist sleep.
When the next bedtime arrives (in the example above, 10 PM the next day), you can sleep.
At that point, you may feel fatigue from sleep deprivation and might even feel dizzy when you close your eyes.
Bow down in gratitude and say, "Thank you for allowing this masochistic [your name] to sleep," before going to bed.
Points to Note
This is a training task that manages one of the three basic human needs, one that is essential for life maintenance, based on mere whim.
Perhaps you are being taught that even living normally is permitted only under control and mercy.
Even if you're sleepy, it's an order, so be careful not to fall back asleep.
If you accidentally doze off, you'll need the most severe self-punishment, so try your best to stay awake, even if it means using energy drinks or caffeine tablets.
