Simple Straitjacket
Being forced to create a simple arm restraint using clothing
What You Need
- Thick long-sleeved clothing
- A vibrator or similar toy (if available)
Method
In this training task, you will experience a very simple arm restraint that can be made with clothes at hand.
This arm restraint can be completed with just long-sleeved clothing.
Prepare clothing that is thick and won't be damaged by wrinkles.
A sweatshirt or hoodie is perfect. Even the pajamas you're wearing now will work if they have long sleeves.
Start by wearing the clothing normally.
From there, begin taking off the clothing toward your back.
Lift the front of the clothing over your head, passing it behind your head and slipping your shoulders out.
Eventually, have all the clothing fall to your back, with only your arms still through the sleeves.
At this point, you should already notice that the clothing acts like handcuffs binding your wrists behind you.
Gather all the slack in the clothing at your wrists, making it like a single handcuff.
In this state, sit on a chair or bed with the middle of the clothing under your buttocks.
When sitting naturally, your wrists should be at your sides.
This alone completes the restraint. Try to pull your wrists out.
If it feels a bit loose, lift your hips, twist the middle of the clothing a few times, and sit down again.
With appropriate twisting, you'll find that your wrists cannot be pulled out of the sleeves even if you try seriously.
Conversely, be careful not to tighten it too much.
If you feel tightness without trying to resist, it's too tight.
Loosen the twists or use looser clothing to avoid cutting off circulation.
As a masochist, perform restraint masturbation in this state.
Hold a toy's switch in your hand while performing this restraint, then drop it under the chair so you can't reach it.
Of course, you could stand up to release the restraint, but it's forbidden to stand until your self-determined time has passed.
Points to Note
Like Plastic Wrap Bondage, this is a restraint method I use in actual training.
In this training task, you can release the restraint by standing up yourself, but in actual training, just adding a way to prevent standing up from the chair makes this simple yet powerful restraint.
I also like how mild it is as long as the feel of the restraint doesn't bother you, which aligns with my training philosophy.
