Method
In this training task, you will train your anus's sensitivity using the water surface of a bath.
Fill the bathtub with water.
To avoid getting dizzy, it's good to set the temperature slightly cooler than hot, just warm enough not to feel cold.
Once the water is ready, kneel in the bathtub, then place one hand in front of your body to get into an all-fours position.
The buoyancy of the water allows you to support your body sufficiently with just one hand.
Adjust the height of your hips to find the position where your anus just enters and exits the water surface.
Focus on the sensation of your anus passing through the water surface, and train yourself to pick up that slight pleasure.
First, with your anus underwater, strain as if defecating to relax and open your anus.
Pass it through the water surface in this open state, and pick up on that sensation.
Once above water, tightly close your anus once, then relax it again before submerging it back underwater.
In other words, always have your anus open when passing through the water surface, and repeat the cycle of closing it once, opening it again, and passing through the water surface.
To teach your brain that weak stimulation to your anus is pleasurable, deliberately moan when passing through the water surface.
Make a low, thick voice with voiced consonants rather than a cute, high-pitched voice.
Also, your free hand in the all-fours position may touch other erogenous zones to assist with pleasure.
However, you may only stimulate these zones at the moment of passing through the water surface.
For example, at the moment of passing through the water surface, briefly pinch your nipple tightly or rub your clitoris a little.
Continue training persistently until you can freely tighten and relax your anus, and find a little pleasure even in the slight stimulation of the water surface.
Points to Note
This is a training task to train sexual sensations with weak stimulation.
Being able to focus on small stimuli and pick up pleasure is very important; the brain circuits gradually strengthen, and eventually you'll be able to clearly feel pleasure even without pleasure assistance from other erogenous zones or moaning.
At first, most people probably won't feel any pleasure, but if you also focus on the humiliation of the act itself—being in an almost prostrating, undignified posture, inserting and removing your anus from the water surface—it might also stimulate your masochistic tendencies.
