Thumb Cuffs

Having your thumbs restrained with rubber bands

What You Need

  • Rubber bands

Method

In this training task, we will put thumb cuffs on you using everyday rubber bands.

Handcuffs are locks for the wrists, while thumb cuffs are locks for the thumbs.
The real ones are made of metal like handcuffs, but here we'll use simple rubber bands for restraint.

Use regular caramel-colored rubber bands.
Wider ones will give a better feeling of restraint if available, but common rubber bands are sufficient.

Twist the rubber band into a figure-eight shape several times.
Twisting it twice to make it four layers thick should be good, but adjust according to the thickness of your fingers.

Put your arms behind your back, position your thumbs to touch each other, and put both thumbs through the rubber band.
It should be somewhat tight.
Since you'll be wearing this for a relatively long time, make sure it's not so tight that it cuts off blood circulation.
The restraint is now complete.

You must spend several hours of your daily life with your thumbs restrained by these thumb cuffs.
To experience the inconvenience, you must have a meal and use the toilet once during this period.
You may also masturbate if you can manage it.

The rubber band can move as long as your thumbs remain restrained. Shift its position slightly from time to time to prevent congestion.
Even if you are flexible, it is forbidden to bring your restrained hands from behind your back to the front.
Be conscious about staying hydrated throughout this task.

Points to Note

This is a training task that uses a single ordinary item for restraint.
In reality, these rubber bands have no restraining power, and you could escape from them anytime you want.
The fact that you willingly accept the inconvenience of having your hands bound behind your back is because you want to experience the humiliation, and you find intoxication in obediently following commands.
I look forward to your report on your struggles with simple daily activities.
