Method

In this training task, you will deliver a weather forecast in a masochistic manner. Obtain weather information for various locations online beforehand.

Get completely naked and face an imaginary camera or audience.

First, bow and say, "I will now present the national weather forecast."

Deliver the weather in a manner like this: "Sapporo is cloudy with occasional rain. The chance of precipitation is 10, 20, ... 60%. The expected low temperature is 1, 2, ... 14°C, and the expected high temperature is 1, 2, ... 24°C."

While doing this, add the following actions according to the content:

Rain/Snow: Put both arms behind your head and thrust your chest forward Cloudy: Stick your tongue out wide and make an ahegao face by bringing your eyebrows together Sunny: Squat with legs spread wide and place both hands on your exposed genitals

For combinations like "rain with occasional clouds" or "sunny followed by clouds," combine the facial and body positions. For "rain followed by sunny," keep your hands behind your head; for "sunny followed by rain," keep your hands on your genitals.

While maintaining this posture, thrust your hips once for every 10% chance of precipitation. For example, if it's 30%, count "ten, twenty, 30%" while thrusting your hips three times. If the chance of precipitation is 0%, say "0%" and simultaneously spread your genitals open with both hands.

When reading the minimum temperature, move both hands to your nipples and twist them once for each degree Celsius. To make it clear to those watching the forecast, it's good to pull them slightly. Count these as well: "one, two, three..."

Finally, while reading the maximum temperature, rub your clitoris in the same manner. For clarity, spread your genitals with one hand and stimulate with the other. Count up as you read these as well.

During winter when temperatures are too low, you may adjust to 3 times per degree or similar. Handle negative temperatures similarly.

Follow these rules to deliver the weather for the entire country, from Sapporo to Naha.

Points to Note

This is a training task involving humiliating performance. Since the weather changes daily, you can challenge this same task multiple times with different results. While the instructions specify being naked, you might also try wearing formal attire that you gradually dishevel during the forecast.

As always, be conscious of the audience's gaze while pathetically delivering the forecast.
