Method

In this training task, you will be connected to a charger.

Prepare a wall charging adapter and a charging cable.
Ideally, use a longer cable with a Type-C connector on one end.

Cover the Type-C connector with a condom and insert it firmly a few centimeters into your anus.
The silver part of the USB cable is safe to touch even when electricity is flowing.
There is a possibility of electrical conduction if you touch the internal connectors, but it's generally safe even if you hold it in your mouth.
Nevertheless, for safety and hygiene, it's advisable to use a condom.

Pass the cable between your legs or along your back to bring it to the front of your body.
Then put on your clothes, arranging them so the cable can come out from under your clothes.
Keep your anus tight to prevent the cable from slipping out.

Go out and enter a cafe with charging outlets.
Once seated, plug the charger into the outlet to start the current.
Spend about the same amount of time you would normally spend at a cafe while charging yourself.
