Being forced to inflict strong pain on your clitoris with rubber bands

Method
In this training task, you will punish your own clitoris using rubber bands.
Use the most common type of rubber band, the caramel-colored ones.
Hair ties will reduce the effect by half.
To use the rubber band, stretch it between the index finger and thumb of one hand, then pull the band in the middle with your other hand and release it.
Think of it like drawing back a slingshot (not the arcade game, but the actual projectile weapon).
This is probably the first method you'd think of if told to snap someone's skin with a rubber band.
Make your clitoris hard beforehand to make it easier to administer the punishment.
Set up the rubber band so that your thumb and index finger straddle the labia majora, with the rubber band passing directly over the clitoris.
Pull it back at least 5cm, and release your fingers without loosening the tension.
If you miss a direct hit, you must try again.
While feeling the intense pain, apologize loudly for whatever you should be reflecting on, and express gratitude for receiving the punishment.
If you're executing multiple punishments based on the severity, each subsequent snap should pull the rubber band back further than the previous one.
Points to Note
This is a training task specifically designed for punishment.
While there are other punishments like flicking the clitoris with your finger, the advantage of this method is that you can quantify the pain by the distance you pull the rubber band.
For example, if your master orders you to do 5 clit snaps, you must pull the rubber band harder with each count and accept the punishment without trying to escape.
