Method

In this training task, you will create a complaint form.
What kind of complaint? One about your perversion.
We're assuming a situation where your masochistic and perverted nature has caused trouble for an innocent citizen.

You can find templates for complaint forms online.
Simply search for "complaint form template" and you'll find PDFs from government websites like e-Gov.
Edit it on your PC or print it out to fill in by hand.

The complainant (victim) can be someone you know or a complete fiction.
Fill in the details of a citizen who would be appropriate as someone who witnessed your shameful behavior and whose peaceful life was disrupted.
Leave the "I am complaining about..." section blank.

Fill in the victim's address, occupation, name, and age.
For the date and time of the incident, use the current time, and for the location, use your residence or somewhere nearby.

The next section, "Details of the complaint," is crucial.
Write in detail what perverted act you performed and what kind of distress the victim experienced as a result.
The content can be completely fictional or based on acts you have actually performed in the past.

Since this is written from the victim's perspective, it shouldn't include any expressions of your gratitude.
However, the text might strongly reflect feelings of contempt, mockery, and exasperation toward your masochistic nature.

There probably wasn't any financial damage, so you can skip that section.
For information about the perpetrator (you), either disclose everything or, if you prefer to just list characteristics, make them detailed enough to identify you.
If there are any relevant items in the "Other evidence or information" section related to the perverted act described above, fill that in as well.

Points to Note

A complaint form is something you'd never encounter unless you were unfortunately the victim of a crime.
You probably have never had a complaint filed against you either.
To have such a complaint filed against you, and for perverted behavior no less, is the ultimate humiliation.

The crime in question would probably be public indecency or a violation of nuisance prevention ordinances.
To administer appropriate punishment to a masochist and encourage reflection, let's record your crimes in meticulous detail.
