Cotton
Being trained to detect subtle sensations using cotton for extremely low-stimulation masturbation
What You Need
- Cosmetic cotton pads
Method
In this training task, you will use cosmetic cotton pads to train yourself to detect very subtle sexual sensations.
While this is a form of masturbation, it's not meant to provide pleasure in itself, but rather is a basic training similar to Autogenic Training.
Keep this in mind as you try it.
You'll need standard cosmetic cotton pads, preferably the kind that are cut into approximately 4cm squares.
Find a place where you won't be disturbed and adjust the room temperature so you won't feel cold when naked.
This task requires sensitivity, so it's important to create an environment where your attention isn't drawn to non-pleasure elements.
When you're ready, pinch one edge of the cotton pad and use the opposite edge to caress your body.
Focus on creating a feather-light touch that barely makes contact with your skin.
At first, avoid sensitive areas like nipples or clitoris, and instead stroke your neck, arms, shoulders, stomach, thighs, and other parts.
Close your eyes and concentrate on the sensations transmitted to your skin.
You might feel ticklish or get goosebumps.
Observe carefully how you're feeling.
After thoroughly caressing various parts of your body, try touching your nipples and clitoris with the cotton pad.
You can use the corner for stimulation if you like, but hold the cotton pad by its edge, maintaining a state where it would bend if you applied pressure.
The stimulation will likely feel quite insufficient, but that's fine.
While focusing on this weak stimulation, mentally synthesize physical pleasure.
Recall physically how it feels when you're excited, feeling good, and about to climax, then connect that memory to the current stimulation you're receiving.
The deeper you concentrate, the more the cotton's touch, which should be too weak, will transform into pleasure.
Regardless of whether you feel pleasure or not, apply this gentle stimulation to both nipples and clitoris for at least 10 minutes each.
Points to Note
In Acupuncture Nipple Development, we physically stimulated the nipples for development, but development isn't just about providing strong stimulation.
Training the brain that receives the sensations, along with nurturing the sensitivity of the erogenous zones themselves, is also an effective development method.
This training task involves some physical sensation, but that's merely a trigger; it's actually closer to a meditative brain development technique.
It may be difficult at first, but as your development progresses, you'll be able to feel clear pleasure even from the weak stimulation of cotton.
As this is basic training, it's better to continue regularly, such as three times a week, rather than doing it just once.
That said, don't overthink it—relax and enjoy the ticklish, soft sensation of the cotton.
