Method

In this training task, you will publicly display your menstrual and ovulation cycles.
Of course, you won't be announcing it loudly, but rather indicating it subtly.

Prepare three similar accessories.
They should be items that you can wear daily without seeming strange. So clothing items wouldn't be appropriate.
Choose items that others can see when you're walking outside. Underwear hidden by clothes or handkerchiefs kept in your bag are not suitable.
You can choose anything that meets these conditions.
Earrings, hair clips, rings, badges, keychains, etc. Even nail colors might work.

Divide your biological cycle into these three phases:

• During menstruation
• From the end of menstruation to ovulation
• From ovulation to the start of menstruation

Many people use apps to track their menstrual cycle, but if you don't, start recording to understand your pattern.
Switch accessories according to each period to subtly announce your cycle to those around you.

For example, if using earrings:
Blue earrings during menstruation, yellow earrings from the end of menstruation to ovulation, red earrings from ovulation to the start of menstruation.

Points to Note

Normally, such biological cycles are things people don't want others to know about, and it would be uncomfortable sexual harassment if a man were to ask about them.
But as a masochist following this training task, you will be advertising this information to those around you.

Of course, no one will likely notice this secret, but what if someone who observes you regularly does notice?
They might imagine with a lewd smile, "She's in her fertile period now" or "She's on her period and feeling aroused."
Approach this task with the mindset that you're exposing yourself to such gazes.
