Method

Go to a pharmacy to buy a disposable enema kit.
Before going, drink some warm water.
Drink about two mugs of lukewarm water. This will make the enema more effective later. Disposable enema kits are available at most pharmacies.
If you're uncomfortable purchasing one, you can go to a pharmacy farther away or buy online.

Next, preferably take a bath to warm your body.
This helps relax your anus and improves the effectiveness of the enema.

Wait at least 30 minutes after drinking the water before inserting the enema.
A disposable enema kit works as you'd expect. Follow the instructions and administer the standard amount of solution.

Wait and observe your condition.
When you start feeling the urge to go to the toilet, enjoy that uncomfortable yet somewhat pleasurable sensation.

If you don't feel any urge at all, you may add one more kit as per the instructions.
If that still doesn't work, try again another day.

When you reach your limit of holding it in, you are permitted to go to the toilet.

However, before releasing, declare:
"(Your name) is requesting permission to defecate after receiving an enema. Please enjoy watching thoroughly."

As the masochist you are, during defecation, repeat several times:
"It feels good to defecate after an enema."
They will surely laugh at you.

Points to Note

Enemas have a somewhat taboo feeling.
If you had a master, they might order you to stick out your bottom and administer the enema while you're in an embarrassing position.
