Method

In this training task, you will go out wearing a special gag.
This special gag is a condom filled with your own urine, sealed to prevent leakage, which you must hold in your mouth.

Prepare one condom.

First, determine the capacity of your mouth.
Fill your mouth with the maximum amount of water you can hold without puffing your cheeks.
Spit this water into the condom to see how much it will expand, and remember this volume.

Empty the water from the condom and go to the toilet.
Urinate into the condom until it expands to the same volume you measured earlier.
Tie the condom tightly at a position that minimizes air inside.
You may cut off the excess part, leaving some margin, to make it more comfortable in your mouth.

Place the completed urine-filled condom in your mouth as a gag.
Ideally, it should create some pressure and make it difficult to speak.
You may cover your mouth with a mask or scarf if you wish, then go outside.

Once on the street, each time you pass someone, confess to them:
"I am a perverted masochist who currently has urine in my mouth."

Points to Note

This is a training task that makes you feel extremely dirty even though you're not directly touching waste.
Having your mouth full of urine creates psychological pressure on its own.
If the condom were to develop a hole while you're out, you would become a pervert dripping urine from your mouth.
