Method

In this training task, you will draw on your body.

What you'll draw are many sperm cells swarming around an egg.
The egg will be represented by a part of your body with a round shape.
Specifically, use your nipples, navel, or if you can draw it well, your anus or other round-shaped body parts as the egg.
We'll call this drawing a fertilization mark.

For drawing the sperm, a simple design with a slightly oval head and a squiggly tail is sufficient.
Draw multiple sperm cells heading toward the body part representing the egg.
To create a more realistic scene, in addition to sperm cells that are already touching and penetrating the egg, draw some that are still swimming toward it from the surrounding area.

If drawing directly on your body is difficult, you may stick tape on your skin and draw on that instead.

Look at your shameful state with fertilization marks all over your body and feel the humiliation.

Points to Note

This is a training task that creates a strong sense of taboo and submission even for those without artistic skills, as it uses a simple symbolic drawing.
You might want to try combining this with the Cycle task by drawing fertilization marks during your ovulation period and spending the day with them.
