In this training task, you will imagine pleasure while touching your body reflected in a mirror.
Direct touching of your own body is prohibited, making this also a masturbation prohibition training task.

Get naked in a place with a large mirror, such as a changing room.

Look at yourself in the mirror and create a submissive mood.
